Key Responsibilities:
- Bagging and Packing Items: Ensure all items are accurately bagged and packed to meet our high company standards.
- Putting Stock Away: Organise and store stock efficiently and safely, keeping everything in its rightful place.
- Picking Items: Accurately select items from stock to fulfil customer orders, ensuring accuracy and speed.
- Sorting Through Stock: Sort and organise stock to prepare it for storage, maintaining a streamlined process.
- Working to Strict Timelines: Meet deadlines and ensure tasks are completed on time, helping the team stay on track.
- Maintaining a Clean Environment: Keep the warehouse clean and organised, promoting a safe and tidy workspace.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong Attention to Detail: Precision is key in ensuring all items are correctly handled.
- Efficiency Under Pressure: Ability to work swiftly and accurately, even under tight deadlines.
- Good Stamina: Physical fitness for manual tasks is essential.
- Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with basic computer operations to assist with inventory management.
- Warehouse Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse environment is a plus, but not mandatory!
