Customer Service Administrator
Location: Cowley, Uxbridge
Salary: Β£12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Start Date: ASAP
About the Role
Our client, a well-established construction company based in Cowley, Uxbridge, is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their busy team. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused individual with strong administrative skills looking for a long-term opportunity with the potential to secure a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities
- Responding to customer enquiries via telephone and email
- Handling and resolving customer complaints professionally and efficiently
- Scheduling engineers and coordinating appointments
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure work is completed on time
- Updating customer records and maintaining accurate system information
- Managing administrative tasks and supporting the wider team
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
Skills and Experience
- Previous customer service and administration experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Experience within construction, maintenance, housing, or engineering environments would be advantageous but not essential
