We are currently recruiting for a Workshop Assistant to join our client’s busy, friendly workshop based in Haddenham on a temporary to permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting and supporting colleagues within the workshop
- Inspecting products for faults, scratches, and quality issues
- Preparing fragile products ready for dispatch
- Ensuring all customer orders are correctly grouped and labelled
- Assisting with manufacturing cutting processes
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Following Health & Safety procedures at all times
About You
- Excellent attention to detail
- Self‑motivated and reliable
- Able to follow instructions and work safely
- Strong communication skills
- Keen to learn new skills and support the wider team
- Takes pride in producing quality work
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience would be beneficial but is not essential
