Key skills Required
- Proven experience in planning and executing B2B demand generation campaigns across multiple regions, ideally in a matrixed global organisation.
- Comfort in working across distinct segments and tailoring tactics for effectiveness.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and account-based/intent platforms; familiarity with AI content platforms is a plus.
- A history of effectively briefing and managing agencies or external partners, particularly for field or trade show events.
- Strong reporting and presentation skills with the ability to translate campaign data into compelling narratives for stakeholders.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate with various teams and partners.
- Willingness to travel to support key events.

- Achieving pipeline contributions against divisional targets.
- Delivering event ROI that meets or exceeds agreed benchmarks.
- Successfully localising and launching divisional campaigns on time across regions.
- Demonstrating strong engagement and conversion metrics by segment cluster.
