Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Location: Aldridge, West Midlands

Annual Salary: 27,000
Working Pattern: Full Time (09:00-17:00, Monday-Friday)
The Role:
As a Customer Support Executive, your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with customers through phone and email communication.
- Processing customer orders with precision and care.
- Addressing product and order enquiries promptly.
- Providing support to both trade and retail customers.
- Following up on quotations and sales enquiries to drive sales.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records.
- Collaborating closely with the purchasing, warehouse, and design teams.
- Offering general administrative support to the sales department.
About You:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A friendly, confident, and professional demeanour.
- Exceptional organisational skills and great attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- A team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
- The ability to manage a busy workload effectively.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales administration; familiarity with Sage or CRM systems is a plus, though not essential.
