Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Contract: Ongoing
Hours: Flexible shifts, Monday to Sunday
- Early shift: 6:45am - 2:30pm
- Late shift: 2:30pm - 10:15pm
- Mid-shift (selected Fridays and weekends): 1pm - 6pm
- Longer shifts may occasionally be required.

Soul Padel is a growing padel community focused on making the sport accessible, social and fun. We're looking for friendly, energetic Squad Members to help deliver an excellent experience for every player.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome players and assist with bookings, payments and enquiries.
- Keep courts, equipment and clubhouse areas clean and organised.
- Support events, leagues and club activities.
- Create engaging social media content and encourage community involvement.
- Assist with retail sales and promote club products.
- Support padel games and daily club operations when required.
