We are seeking an organized and customer-focused Despatch Clerk to support a Transport Co-ordinator and the wider transport team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service.
This is a temporary role till July 2027. Hours are 8am -16.30pm Monday-Friday please note hours will change to 6.00am -14.30pm when the site gets busier which will be in 2027.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Transport Co-ordinator in ensuring all deliveries are completed accurately and on time, in line with customer requirements.
- Maintain the highest level of customer service across all communications.
- Ensure all Origin business systems are accurately updated, with a strong focus on the Chasers Management System, following company requirements.
- Work onsite as part of the transport team while providing national support under the guidance of the Business Systems and Admin Support Team.
- Support colleagues both locally and nationally as required.

- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing your own tasks effectively.
