We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded legal practice that is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join its expanding Property team.

The Role
As a Residential Property Solicitor, you will manage a busy and varied residential conveyancing caseload, ensuring transactions are progressed efficiently while providing an exceptional level of client care throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing residential property transactions from instruction through to completion
- Handling a range of conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages
- Providing outstanding client service throughout the conveyancing journey
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties
- Maintaining accurate and compliant file records
- Meeting agreed billing and time-recording targets
- Collaborating with colleagues and contributing to team success
- Supporting business development and networking activities where appropriate
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive status
- Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Strong knowledge of residential property transactions and conveyancing procedures
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
- A proactive, organised, and commercially aware approach
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance
- A positive, team-focused attitude with the ability to work independently when required
