Are you an experienced engineer looking for a new challenge? We're recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join a busy production plant in Perth.
The Role
You'll be responsible for both reactive and planned maintenance, ensuring machinery runs smoothly and downtime is kept to a minimum. This is a hands-on role where you'll work on a variety of production equipment and play a key part in continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on production machinery.
- Responding quickly to breakdowns to maintain optimum performance.
- Supporting the introduction of new equipment - including installation, commissioning, and training.
- Driving a culture of continuous improvement across the site.
About You
- Experience with processing or packing equipment is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of maintenance in a fast-paced production environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a flexible, proactive approach.
