SIAM Availability Analyst you will be accountable for the monitoring, governance, analysis, and continual improvement of service availability across a multi-supplier environment.
Your role
- Own the Availability Management process across a multi-supplier environment, ensuring services meet agreed availability and resilience requirements.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on service availability, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Drive proactive initiatives to reduce service downtime and improve service resilience.
- Work with suppliers to investigate availability issues and implement corrective and preventative actions.
- Manage availability governance, reviews, risk management activities, and service performance discussions.
Experience
- Experience in Availability Management, Service Management, or Service Performance within complex IT environments.
- Strong understanding of SIAM principles and multi-supplier service delivery models.
- Ability to analyse service availability data and drive continual improvement initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM practices including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Continuity, and Availability Management.
- Experience managing service risks, resilience requirements, and critical service dependencies
