Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)
- Senior-level Identity and Access Management (IAM/IDAM) engineering experience
- Experience in design, build, integration, troubleshooting and continuous improvement of identity governance capabilities
- Experience operating in a complex enterprise environment
- Ability to engage confidently with a wide range of stakeholders
- Background in large, complex IAM environments such as higher education, financial services, government, healthcare, large enterprises or other highly regulated organisations
- Experience beyond day-to-day SailPoint administration, including engineering, configuration, integration and solution delivery
Responsibilities
- Join the Identity and Access Management team within IT Services
- Provide senior-level technical expertise across the design, implementation, integration, support and continuous improvement of identity governance and administration capabilities
- Support implementation of new technology for ongoing IAM service delivery
- Lead technical support of SailPoint capabilities alongside colleagues in IAM
- Work closely with security, architecture, infrastructure, applications and business stakeholders
- Contribute to and support assurance for SailPoint-based identity governance capabilities
- Operate as a hands-on engineer and administrator in a strategic IAM delivery role
