HR Administrator
Location: Disley, Cheshire
Salary: 28,000 - 30,000 per annum

The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive HR Administrator / Site Administrator to join our busy manufacturing site in Disley. This is a varied role combining HR administration, general office support, and assistance with day-to-day site management activities.
Working closely with the Site Leadership Team, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of administrative and HR processes while providing excellent support to employees, visitors, and management.
Key Responsibilities
HR Administration
- Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files.
- Support recruitment activities including advertising vacancies, arranging interviews, and onboarding new starters.
- Prepare contracts, offer letters, and employee documentation.
- Record and monitor absence, holiday, and sickness information.
- Assist with disciplinary, grievance, and performance management administration.
- Support training administration and maintain training records.
- Process HR-related paperwork and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Site & Office Administration
- Provide general administrative support to the site management team.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Organise meetings
- Maintain office supplies and liaise with suppliers.
- Assist with visitor management and site inductions.
- Support health & safety administration and document control.
- Produce reports, spreadsheets, and site KPI information
- Ensure filing systems are maintained accurately and confidentially.
Office Manager Support Duties
- Assist with the day-to-day running of the office environment.
- Coordinate facilities-related activities and contractor visits.
- Support site communications and employee notices.
- Help organise company events, meetings, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Monitor and manage office equipment and resources.
- Provide additional support for operational projects as required.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience within an HR, Administrative, Site Administration, or Office Management support role.
- Is confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Has excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Can handle confidential information professionally.
- Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is able to prioritise a varied workload in a fast-paced industrial environment.
- Has experience within manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or production environments (desirable but not essential).
