Position: Library Assistant - Adhoc - various shifts
Hours: Adhoc - various hours at various Libraries across Havering
Rate: £15.03 PAYE

What You'll Do:
- Assist library users in navigating resources and services
- Provide top-notch customer service to patrons of all ages
- Utilise our library management system to support daily operations
- Help users with IT inquiries and technology assistance
- Engage young readers by delivering storytime sessions and rhyme times
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience working in a library, preferably a public library - desirable
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanour
- Proficiency in using a library management system
- Strong IT skills, with the ability to assist users in technology-related queries
- Experience in reading stories and conducting rhyme times for children
