Internal Communications Manager
9-Month Contract | Inside IR35 | Hybrid Working (London)
Our client, a leading global telecommunications company, is looking for an experienced Internal Communications Manager to join their team on an initial 9-month contract.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting a major business transformation programme within a complex, international organisation. You'll be responsible for developing and delivering impactful internal communications that keep employees informed, engaged and aligned throughout a period of significant change.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver internal communications strategies and plans.
- Support large-scale business transformation and change initiatives.
- Create engaging content across a range of channels, including intranet, email, leadership updates and town halls.
- Partner with senior stakeholders and business leaders to shape key messaging.
- Translate complex business and programme updates into clear, engaging communications.
- Drive employee engagement and support organisational change activity.
- Ensure consistent messaging across multiple teams and workstreams.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience in Internal Communications.
- Strong Change Communications and transformation communications experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leaders.
- Experience working within large, complex organisations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
- Experience creating communication strategies, plans and employee engagement campaigns.
Desirable
- Experience within telecommunications, technology, or other large corporate environments.
- Experience supporting global or international teams.
