We are recruiting for a Resident Services Officer (Income Officer) for a public sector client in East London. Location: Newham, hybrid working available. Duration: 3–6 months, with view to extension.
Hourly rates: £22.64 PAYE or £29.55 Umbrella. You will maximise income collection, manage rent accounts and service charge arrears, and enforce tenancy terms, including potential court action. You’ll undertake court hearings, home visits and eviction duties, and advise residents on welfare benefits
