Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee the study management aspects of multiple studies within an asset's portfolio, adhering to ICH‑GCP and company processes.
- Develop essential study documents, including study protocols and training materials, in collaboration with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
- Collaborate with Analytics and Portfolio Optimisation (APO) teams to enhance efficiency and ensure a patient‑centric approach in study delivery.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational quality and efficiency, proactively addressing any risks to timelines or quality.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the study lifecycle.
- Contribute to the development of innovative approaches in clinical operations, driving continuous improvement and aligning with industry best practises.
Qualifications
- Relevant operations experience in clinical trial management is highly desirable.
- A university degree or equivalent experience, preferably in life sciences.
- Strong working knowledge of the drug development process and applicable regulations, including ICH and GCP guidelines.
- Excellent collaboration skills with experience in cross‑functional communication and vendor management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead various components of study delivery, such as vendor oversight and budget reconciliation.
- Phase 3 clinical trial experience is mandatory, with a preference for candidates with exposure across multiple disease areas.
