Production Technician
Location: Felixstowe, Suffolk
Pay Rate: £12.73 per hour
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30am to 5:30pm (38 hours per week)
Contract: Temporary assignment starting October 2026, with potential permanent opportunities for successful candidates.
About the Role
We are currently recruiting for Production Technicians to join a busy manufacturing team in Felixstowe. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands‑on work, take pride in producing high‑quality products, and can work accurately within a fast‑paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble components and products to required quality standards.
- Carry out kitting, preparation, and assembly tasks as instructed.
- Read and follow work instructions, drawings, and documentation.
- Operate production equipment and machinery following training.
- Monitor and record production progress accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Report any quality concerns or production issues promptly.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the production team.
- Follow all health and safety procedures at all times.

- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
