Temporary Fleet Administrator - Immediate Start Available
Are you an organised and proactive administrator with experience in logistics, transport, or fleet operations? Our client is looking for a Fleet Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis, providing essential support to their busy operation.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent attention to detail, and is confident managing a variety of administrative tasks.

Working Pattern
- Wednesday and Thursday, 8:45am - 5:15pm
- 1-hour unpaid lunch break
- Flexibility available on working days and hours if required
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining fleet and vehicle records
- Supporting fleet compliance and administrative processes
- Updating systems, trackers, and spreadsheets
- Coordinating vehicle maintenance and servicing schedules
- Producing reports and maintaining accurate documentation
- Liaising with drivers, suppliers, and internal teams
- General administrative support to the fleet and transport function
About You
- Previous administration experience, ideally within a logistics, transport, or fleet environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to prioritise workload and work independently
- Professional and proactive approach to work
