Systems & Compliance Manager
Location: Worcestershire/Herefordshire Area (Multi-site role)
Are you an experienced quality and compliance professional looking for an opportunity to make a real impact within a fast-paced manufacturing environment?
- Managing and developing Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Leading internal audits, GMP audits and supporting external certification audits.
- Driving compliance with recognised industry standards and customer requirements.
- Planning and facilitating HACCP reviews, risk assessments and mock recalls.
- Leading product safety initiatives and fostering a positive compliance culture.
- Supporting supplier approval processes and customer compliance activities. Managing traceability exercises and compliance reporting.
- Providing expert quality, regulatory and compliance guidance across the business.
- Delivering training and coaching to support operational excellence. Supporting environmental and sustainability initiatives.
About You
- Previous experience within manufacturing, packaging, food production or another highly regulated industry.
- Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor qualifications.
- HACCP qualification and strong understanding of risk management.
- Experience working with recognised standards such as BRC, FSC, ISCC+ or AIB.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills. Proactive approach and passion for continuous improvement.
