What You'll Do:
- Managing Service Requests: Oversee incoming service requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Provide first-line support for technical issues and elevate when necessary, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Communication: Liaise with various departments to facilitate smooth operations and foster a collaborative environment.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service requests and resolutions to enhance our service delivery.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing service desk processes and procedures.
Who You Are:
- Experience: Previous experience in a service desk or Sales Admin is desirable
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using IT service management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Problem Solver: Excellent analytical skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- People Person: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with team members and stakeholders.
- Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality service delivery.
