Inside Sales Coordinator – Dukinfield – Up to £28,000 – Monday-Friday – 8am-4pm
Key Responsibilities
- Processing customer orders and quotations
- Managing customer enquiries via phone and email
- Supporting account management activities
- Liaising with production, logistics and internal teams
- Maintaining customer records and order information
- Managing stock and availability enquiries
- Supporting customers with technical product information
- Working with SAP or Oracle systems
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience within Internal Sales, Sales Coordination or Sales Administration
- Experience within an engineering, manufacturing or technical products environment
- SAP or Oracle experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience processing quotations and customer ordersAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with technical specifications would be advantageous
