Onsite Contract Consultant - Permanent Position

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Onsite Contract Consultant to join our team at our onsite location in Crewe. This exciting opportunity involves playing a pivotal role in the complete delivery of recruitment and candidate aftercare management, ensuring that the needs of both the client and candidates are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in the full recruitment lifecycle, from attracting quality candidates to providing exceptional aftercare during their assignments.
• Ensure adherence to client requirements while delivering against agreed costs and timelines.
• Maintain comprehensive candidate registration packs, ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
• Take up references and manage candidate registrations in line with Adecco's business process manual.
• Provide first-line care to all Associates on assignment, including basic line management responsibilities.
• Conduct spot check audits and facilitate on-site Associate surgeries.
• Collaborate with clients to discuss satisfaction levels and address any concerns.
• Process weekly payroll and resolve pay queries promptly.
• Assist the line manager in filling vacancies and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Attend relevant training courses to enhance personal and onsite performance.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Previous recruitment or basic HR experience, or similar key attributes.
• Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent relationship-building abilities with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Collaborative team player with a flexible approach to work.
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
