Job Title: CNC Programmer

Pay: £38k basic with shift allowance on days and backs - meaning your OTE yearly is £43,445
Our client is seeking a skilled and passionate CNC Programmer to join their dynamic team in Cramlington. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a leading organisation in the manufacturing and production sector, known for its innovative approach and commitment to quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimise CNC programmes (fanuc and mazak) for various machining processes.
- Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring precision and quality in production.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to ensure peak performance.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Proven experience as a CNC Programmer, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and CNC controls.
- Strong understanding of machining processes and materials.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
