Our client, a reputable organisation in the hospitality industry, is seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Assistant to support the seamless day-to-day operations of their kitchen. Key Responsibilities:
- Pot washing and ensuring all kitchen utensils are cleaned and ready for use.
- Maintaining high standards of kitchen hygiene and cleanliness.
- Assisting with basic food preparation tasks to support the culinary team.
- Serving food to customers with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Receiving and efficiently putting away deliveries to keep the kitchen well-stocked.
- Emptying rubbish and ensuring waste is disposed of correctly.
- Supporting general kitchen tasks as required, contributing to a cooperative environment.
What Our Client Is Looking For:
- A positive attitude and a willingness to assist in all areas of the kitchen.
- Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with chefs and other staff.
- A commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards and a clean workspace.
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is advantageous but not essential; a can-do attitude is key!
