Monday to Thursday: 7:30am - 4:30pm
Early finish Fridays: 7:30am - 12:00pm
Full training provided

Are you an experienced Assembly Operative looking for your next opportunity within a fast paced manufacturing environment in Coventry?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy and fast growing manufacturing business, where you'll be working with high quality interior components and producing work to precise standards. Attention to detail, quality and pride in your finished work are key!
For the right person, this role offers stability, development and excellent long term prospects, with the opportunity to secure a permanent position following a successful temporary period.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Assembling and trimming automotive interior components
- Working with a variety of materials including leather, vinyl, fabric and foam
- Completing hand and machine assembly of trim parts to specification
- Following build instructions, drawings and required work standards
- Carrying out visual quality checks to ensure a high-quality finish
- Using hand tools and small machinery safely and effectively
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
- Working closely with the wider production team to achieve daily targets and deadlines
