Position: Construction Contracts Administrator

Contract Type: Temporary, Full Time

Pay: Β£15 per hour + Holiday Pay + Benefits

Locations: Waltham Forest

Due to the location of the client - access to your own transport is highly recommended

Adecco Romford & London East are recruiting for a Contracts Administrator to join a busy team within the construction, property services/ housing sector. Supporting the delivery of essential maintenance, compliance and refurbishment projects, you'll play a key role in ensuring contracts, documentation and communications are managed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining accurate contract records and databases
  • Supporting Contract Managers with administration and reporting
  • Liaising with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and residents
  • Producing reports and ensuring documentation is up to date
  • Assisting with contract queries and compliance processes
  • Supporting the smooth delivery of projects and daily operations

What We're Looking For

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Experience within construction, property services or social housing would be advantageous
