Implementation Manager

£400 daily inside IR35

6 Months contract

Fully remote or options to be hybrid based in London Office

• SC clearance is required for this role, please apply if you have a live SC or eligible to undergo the process

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute and control the projects initiatives to agreed time, scope and budget, converting strategy into delivery plans.
• Present finance findings and identify opportunities to grow, reduce or reallocate spend.
• Track progress against plan and escale slippage early
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to secure alignment and collaboration.
• Assess the value of programmes and schemes, recommending whether to continue, adapt, scale or stop.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks and issues, problem‑solving challenges to keep delivery on track.
• Guide colleagues through organisational and cultural change, supporting a smooth transition.
• Monitor and report performance to stakeholders,
• Problem solve implementation challenges to keep delivery on track
• Communicate change clearly and support adoption to enable a smooth transition

Desirable:

• Experience or training related to transformation programmes, Managing Successful Programmes, environments, organisational change, or change management
• Experience supporting, driving, or enabling large-scale transformation
