Facilities Coordinator

We are currently seeking a proactive and professional Facilities Coordinator to support the day-to-day management of a busy office environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative, customer service, and facilities experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build positive working relationships with internal stakeholders, contractors, landlords, and service providers.
- Assist with the coordination and management of on-site contractors, ensuring services are delivered to required standards.
- Provide a welcoming and professional experience for visitors and employees.
- Conduct workplace inspections, audits, and safety checks while supporting compliance procedures.
- Ensure the office environment is maintained to a high standard and remains safe, clean, and operational.
- Support incident reporting and follow established escalation procedures when required.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in facilities, workplace coordination, office administration, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Highly organised with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
