We are currently recruiting for an experienced Bookkeeper on behalf of our client based in Canvey Island.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is available immediately and has strong bookkeeping experience, particularly using Xero accounting software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing purchase and sales invoices
- Bank reconciliations
- Managing accounts payable and receivable
- Preparing VAT returnsMaintaining accurate financial records
- General accounts and administrative support
What we’re looking for:
- Previous bookkeeping experience
- Confident and experienced user of Xero software (essential)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Available to start immediately

- £14.00 - £16.00 per hour, depending on experience
