Location: Braintree
Hours: Monday to Friday - 6:00am - 2:30pm - 7am or 7:30am start will also be considered
Pay: £12.71 per hour +Holiday, Pension and Adecco Benefits

We are currently recruiting for Assembly Operatives to join our client in Braintree. This is a great opportunity to join a reputable company producing high-quality products.
The Role
You will be working in a clean, controlled environment carrying out small, intricate assembly work. This role requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Small component assembly of devices
- Carrying out crimping and soldering tasks
- Following detailed instructions and strict quality standards
- Performing basic quality checks
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
What We're Looking For
- Previous assembly, crimping, or soldering experience is preferred but not essential
- Full training will be provided
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to work within a fast-paced production environment
- Reliable and committed attitude
