Sales Coordinator
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £27,000 - £29,000 per annum

Our client is a well-established specialist manufacturer with over 100 years of industry expertise. They supply high-quality components to sectors including construction, aerospace, and engineering, serving an international customer base.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team where no two days are the same. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting customers, processing orders, and ensuring the smooth coordination of sales activities across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing general office and administrative support
- Acting as a key point of contact for customers, handling queries and providing excellent service
- Processing customer orders and production schedules
- Monitoring and analysing customer demand and product requirements
- Maintaining accurate customer records and data
- Using a variety of IT systems, customer portals and Microsoft Office applications
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently
- Supporting the external sales team with administrative and coordination tasks
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- A confident, professional and friendly approach
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
