Warehouse Operative
Location: Bicester
Contract Details: Full time, permanent
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30am - 5pm and Friday, 9am - 5pm
Salary: £27,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities
- Picking, checking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Shipping and packing large, palletised shipments
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Booking in and moving stock deliveries
- Stock allocation and storage
- Computerised dispatch and order processing
- Carrying out stock takes and product screening when required
- Working to agreed targets and deadlines
About You
- Previous Picking & Packing experience is essential
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic English and Maths skills
- Good communication skills
- Basic IT skills (Word/Excel beneficial but not essential)
- Ability to problem solve
- Flexible, reliable, and a strong team player
- Comfortable working in a structured, quality-focused environment
