Working Hours: Afternoon Shift
- * Monday to Thursday: 2:00pm - 10:30pm
- * Friday: 1:00pm - 6:00pm
Training Period (Day Shift)
- * Monday to Thursday: 7:30am - 4:00pm
- * Friday: 6:00am - 1:00pm
Training rate: £13.16 per hour

We are currently recruiting for a Manufacturing / Production Operative to join a busy and established manufacturing business in Aspatria. This is a temporary role for an initial 3-month period, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.
The Role
- Working within a manufacturing environment
- Manual handling and physically demanding duties
- Maintaining high quality and safety standards
- Assisting with general production and warehouse tasks
- Supporting the wider production team as required
About You
- Physically fit and comfortable carrying out manual work
- Reliable, punctual, and hard-working
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is an advantage, but not essential
