Our client, a well-established leader in high-end logistics, is seeking a Picker / Packer Associate to become an integral part of their operations team. This is a rare opportunity to work behind the scenes, ensuring that every parcel reflects a commitment to excellence.
Location: Andover
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
Salary: Β£27,040
The Role
You'll be responsible for ensuring every order is picked, checked, and packed to the highest standards. From handling delicate products to creating a flawless unboxing experience, your work will directly impact client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and prepare high end products with precision
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure flawless presentation
- Pack orders to a great standard, ensuring a premium client experience
- Collaborate with inventory and customer service teams to meet tight deadlines

- Exceptional attention to detail and pride in presentation
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset
- Experience working with a similar role is a plus
