Finance Business Partner
Contract Length: 6-Month Contract (Possible Extension)
Pay Rate: £500 a day via umbrella (Inside IR35)
Location: Bristol/East Midlands/Warwick - Hybrid arrangement 2 days on site

This is a genuine business partnering role where you'll work closely with senior operational leaders, influence key investment decisions, and help shape the financial performance of a major business area.
You'll inherit significant responsibility across operational and capital budgets while helping improve forecasting, reporting and decision-making. The environment is fast-paced, highly visible, and ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems and driving improvements.
What You'll Do
- Partner senior operational stakeholders across multiple business functions.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning activities.
- Provide commercial challenge and financial insight to support decision making.
- Support investment appraisal, prioritisation and business case development.
- Monitor performance against key financial and operational measures.
- Identify risks, opportunities and improvement initiatives.
- Present financial performance updates to both finance and non-finance audiences.
- Drive improvements in reporting, governance and financial controls.
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
- Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner, Senior Finance Business Partner, Commercial Finance Manager or similar.
- Strong budgeting, forecasting and planning experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience supporting operational or commercial leaders.
- Ability to work independently and quickly build credibility.
- Strong commercial awareness and problem‑solving capability.
