Our client, a prominent financial institution, is seeking a talented Operations Business Analyst to join their dynamic Change and Transformation team within Global Markets. This is an exciting opportunity for an analytical and results-driven professional to contribute to a variety of change initiatives that are crucial to the organisation's success.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and support partners to prioritise and implement diverse change initiatives driven by business, legal, regulatory, compliance, or market requirements.
- Manage a portfolio of projects, including strategic, discretionary, and mandated initiatives.
- Drive improvements in client experience, support revenue growth, and enhance operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Assist in the delivery of new products and services, ensuring that all changes are effectively communicated and seamlessly integrated into existing operations.
- Analyse and document current operational processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions that align with strategic objectives.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements, provide insights, and ensure alignment with the organisation's goals.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of operational processes and change management methodologies.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail, enabling effective problem-solving and decision-making.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to a variety of audiences.
- Proficiency in stakeholder engagement, demonstrating the ability to build strong relationships and influence outcomes.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks relevant to the financial industry is highly desirable.
- Experience in project management and familiarity with agile methodologies will be an advantage.
