What's the Role About?
As a Business Analyst, you will
- Support the First and Second Lines of Defence by leading business analysis activities within the Sanctions Enhancement Programme.
- Understand and assess evolving business requirements while documenting clear business needs.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Identify impacts to the target operating model, providing recommendations to mitigate risks and challenges.
- Ensure compliance with EMEA regulatory obligations by translating them into actionable business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders to understand current processes and recommend optimal changes.
- Produce comprehensive BA documentation, including target operating models, process models, and test scripts.
- Track and analyse regulatory updates, collaborating with subject matter experts to document implications.
- Assess change impacts on services, functions, and systems, offering insights for informed decision-making.
- Communicate clearly within multi-disciplinary teams, implementing solutions on time and within budget.
Who Are We Looking For?
To excel in this role, you should have
- A degree-level education, with professional BA qualifications being a plus.
- 3-5 years of relevant business analysis experience, particularly in financial services or regulatory environments.
- Strong multitasking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Familiarity with key sanctions and financial crime systems, especially Fircosoft.
- A detail-oriented, analytical, and inquisitive mindset, with innovative problem-solving capabilities.
