  • Location: Wigton
  • Contract: Fixed Term - 12 Months
  • Pay Rate: Β£15.86 per hour
  • Shift Pattern: Rotating Days & Nights

About the Role

We are looking for reliable and motivated Multi-Skilled Workers to join our client's team in Wigton!

You will play an important role in keeping the factory running safely and efficiently, ensuring products meet the highest quality standards while achieving production targets.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Carry out a variety of tasks throughout the factory.
  2. Follow all health, safety and product security procedures.
  3. Maintain high standards of product quality.
  4. Work towards productivity and spoilage targets.
  5. Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

Shift Pattern

  • Week 1 - Days: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday, 7am-7pm
  • Week 2 - Nights: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday, 7pm-7am
  • Every 4th week: An additional Friday shift is required.
