Kitchen Assistant Wickford & Basildon 10:30am - 1:30pm (3 hours per day) November Start Temporary role until Christmas Competitive hourly rate
We're currently recruiting for experienced Kitchen Assistants to work in school and catering environments in Wickford and Basildon. These are ideal part-time roles for candidates looking for consistent morning work leading up to Christmas.
Duties:
- Assisting with food preparation
- Serving meals
- Washing up and maintaining kitchen cleanliness
- Following food hygiene and health & safety procedures
- Supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods
Essential Requirements:
Previous kitchen or catering experience
Valid Enhanced DBS Certificate
Registered on the DBS Update Service
Reliable and able to start in November
Good understanding of food hygiene standards
