What You'll Be Doing
- Conducting quality control testing on intermediate and finished goods.
- Performing and overseeing instrument calibrations and maintaining calibration schedules.
- Leading lab housekeeping and ensuring consumables are stocked and ready.
- Reviewing batch documentation and supporting compliance with ISO 9001, 13485, and ISO 18385.
- Contributing to process improvements and mentoring junior team members.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in a relevant life sciences discipline or equivalent hands-on experience.
- A solid background in laboratory or quality control environments.
- Familiarity with PCR techniques is a bonus.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
