Assembly Technician- Temporary
Key Responsibilities
- Build, inspect and test sub-assemblies on products.
- Follow production procedures, work instructions and testing processes.
- Keep accurate records of production activities and work completed.
- Prepare finished radar products securely for shipment.
- Help maintain a clean, organised and effective workshop environment.
- Take a practical approach to day-to-day production issues and prioritise workload effectively.
- Work collaboratively as part of a wider production team.
About You
We're looking for someone who is proactive, practical and detail-focused, with the ability to work independently while contributing positively within a team.
You will ideally have
- At least
2 years' experience working as a Production Technician or in a similar production-based role.
- Experience working within a production environment.
- A good understanding of
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and the ability to follow detailed work instructions and test processes.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- A pragmatic approach to problem-solving and prioritising tasks.
