Key Responsibilities
- Plan, develop and deliver digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Manage social media platforms, creating engaging content and monitoring performance.
- Produce high-quality written and visual content including blogs, articles, social media posts and marketing materials.
- Support brand consistency across all communications and marketing activities.
- Analyse campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.
- Assist with recruitment marketing activities and employer branding initiatives.
- Support community engagement projects, events and stakeholder communications.
- Maintain marketing databases, records and administrative processes.
About You
To be successful in this role, you desirably have:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, communications or a similar role.
- Strong content creation skills across written and digital platforms.
- Experience using social media management and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- A proactive and creative approach to problem-solving.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Must be willing to undergo a DBS check as part of the recruitment process
