Production Operative - Telford (Rotating Days & Nights)

We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing environment in Telford. This role operates on a rotating days and nights shift pattern.
Shift Pattern
Applicants must be able to work both day and night shifts and commit to the full rotating pattern below: 12 hour shifts
Week 1
- Monday & Tuesday: Days (7:00am - 7:00pm)
- Wednesday & Thursday: Nights (7:00pm - 7:00am)
Week 2
- Wednesday & Thursday: Days (7:00am - 7:00pm)
- Friday: Days (7:00am - 2:25pm)
Week 3
- Sunday, Monday & Tuesday: Nights (7:00pm - 7:00am)
The shift pattern then repeats.
Duties Include
- Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
- Monitoring production processes
- Quality checking finished products
- Following health and safety procedures
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Working as part of a busy production team
What We're Looking For
- Ability to work rotating day and night shifts
- Reliable and committed approach to work
- Good attention to detail
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is advantageous but not essential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
