Our client is seeking a friendly, professional, and organised Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis. As the first point of contact for visitors, callers, and clients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive experience while providing administrative support to the wider team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting visitors and managing reception duties
- Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
- Handling emails and general enquiries
- Managing appointments and diary bookings
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems

About You:
