Process Operator - Felixstowe - £36,000 (1 Year FTC) We're looking for a hands-on Process Operator to join our clients busy manufacturing site on a 1 year Fixed Term Contract. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in manufacturing, food production, process operations, chemical processing, or a similar industrial environment to work with a great company with potential for a permanent job to be offered Contract : 1 year fixed term Hours : 05:45am-14:15pm (to start) Must be flexible to working to different shifts (long term) Salary : Circa £36,000 Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor production processes to ensure products are made safely and to quality standards. Carry out equipment checks, testing, sampling, and record production data. Load products into road tankers and prepare materials for dispatch. Perform cleaning, sanitation, and housekeeping duties across the production area. Identify and troubleshoot operational issues, escalating maintenance concerns when required. Follow all health, safety, food safety, and quality procedures.
