About the Company

Our client is a leading global sports marketing agency that specialises in creating impactful partnerships, memorable fan experiences, and high-profile sporting events. Working with some of the biggest names in sport, they play a key role in bringing brands and sporting venues together through innovative event delivery and activation.

The Role

This is a hands-on position supporting the delivery of sporting events across the UK, with a particular focus on football stadiums and other major sporting venues. You'll be responsible for travelling to events in a company van, installing and dismantling branded signage, advertising boards, banners, and other event materials. This role would suit someone who enjoys working outdoors, is physically fit, comfortable using basic tools, and enjoys a varied workload where no two days are the same. You'll work both independently and as part of a close-knit team to ensure every event is delivered to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Travel to sporting venues and event locations across the UK.
  • Load, transport, and unload signage, branding, and event materials.
  • Install and remove branding assets including banners, perimeter boards, sponsor signage, and promotional displays.
  • Use basic hand and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Follow event plans and installation guidelines to ensure accurate setup.
  • Assist with event breakdown and return of equipment to the warehouse.
  • Ensure company equipment and vehicles are maintained and organised.
  • Work closely with colleagues and event teams to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
  • Adhere to all health and safety procedures whilst on-site.

About You

We're looking for someone who is reliable, practical, and enjoys a hands-on role. You'll ideally have:

  • Previous experience in a practical, installation, events, warehouse, logistics, construction, or facilities-based role.
  • Confidence using basic hand tools and equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work.
  • The ability to work independently and use your own initiative.
  • A positive attitude and strong team-working skills.
  • Flexibility to work varying hours depending on event schedules.
  • A willingness to travel regularly throughout the UK.
  • A full UK driving licence.

What's on Offer?

  • Salary of £32,000 per annum
  • Permanent, full-time employment
  • Company van provided for business travel
  • Opportunity to work at exciting sporting events and venues across the UK
  • Time off in lieu for longer working days where applicable
  • Supportive and collaborative team environment
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities
  • Stable, year-round role within a growing organisation

Working Hours

This role operates around the sporting events calendar, meaning flexibility is essential. While most work is planned in advance, candidates should be prepared to work some evenings and weekends, as many events take place outside of standard business hours. In return, you'll enjoy a varied role with excellent opportunities to travel, work at major sporting venues, and be part of delivering events seen by thousands of fans.
