Your role Own the Availability Management process across a multi-supplier environment, ensuring services meet agreed availability and resilience requirements. Monitor, analyse, and report on service availability, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Drive proactive initiatives to reduce service downtime and improve service resilience. Work with suppliers to investigate availability issues and implement corrective and preventative actions.
