Working Pattern: 30 hours per week

As a Dressing Operative, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that components are prepared and finished to the highest standards. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with hands-on machinery, this could be the perfect position for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain dressing machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Perform first-off authorisation of milling/turning parts prior to profile finishing
Work in full compliance with relevant SOPs and work instructions
Adhere to the company's Quality Management System at all times
Identify opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency
Carry out rework activities where required to meet specification
Actively support and contribute to Continuous Improvement initiatives
Rotating Shifts (Weekly Rotation)
Week 1:
Monday to Thursday: 06:00 - 14:00
Friday: 06:00 - 12:00
Week 2:
Monday to Thursday: 14:00 - 22:00
Friday: 12:00 - 18:00
