Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to support the implementation and rollout of a new strategic Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) platform. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, project teams, and implementation partners to capture requirements, analyse processes, support system integration, and ensure a successful transition to the new solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis activities as part of a project replacing an existing Third-Party Risk Management platform with a new external solution.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
- Analyse current ('as-is') business processes and define future-state ('to-be') operating models and workflows.
- Identify process, system, governance, and operational changes required to support implementation.
- Work with implementation partners to map processes, assess resource impacts, and define role and responsibility changes.
- Support solution integration activities, including test planning, test script creation, execution support, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Prepare training materials, operating procedures, user guides, and communications to support business readiness and adoption.
- Deliver training sessions and support business users through the implementation and transition phases.
- Present findings, recommendations, risks, and project progress to senior stakeholders and governance forums.
- Facilitate collaboration across business and technology teams to achieve consensus.
