This role offers the chance to make a real difference to the lives of children, young people and families by supporting and co-ordinating key projects across Education, Social Care, Commissioning and Safeguarding. You will play a pivotal role in driving service improvement initiatives, supporting the development of new strategies, engaging with stakeholders and communities, and ensuring key projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Support and co-ordinate a broad portfolio of projects across Children's Services. Assist in designing and improving services that deliver positive outcomes for children, young people and families. Develop project plans, monitor progress and ensure delivery against agreed objectives. Engage with internal and external stakeholders, partners and community groups. Support the development of strategies, reports and service reviews. Analyse data and evaluate service performance to inform decision-making.
